(19 Apr 2024) - I left my rings in the bathroom and checked out , even before I was aware , Mr Varun and his supervisor from housekeeping returned the ring back to me . This is exemplary behaviour of honesty and integrity . The hotel should reward such staff. .

(07 Feb 2024) - We found all hotel staff very friendly, polite and courteous. Found the rooms and bathroom clean with good level of bath room supplies. Good clean restaurant with a lot of choices for breakfast. Enjoyed eating fresh fruits and freshly cooked omelettes every morning. Narayan Pandey served us very well every day with variety of foods for us to try. Good friendly restaurant environment. .

(30 Dec 2023) - Excellent hotel. We would absolutely stay here again. The entire staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The restaurants were excellent. I especially appreciated that all the foods in the included breakfast buffet were labeled with food allergen information. The dining room staff was very helpful and attentive. We also had an excellent experience working with Bhagyshre Dagar at the travel desk in the hotel. She arranged airport pickup/drop-offs for us and drivers with guides to take us around Delhi while we were here for our stay for sightseeing and shopping that were definitely worth it and made our trip very enjoyable. Housekeeping staff was also very attentive and helpful as well. And the staff at the front desk made checking in and out go smoothly and very helpful with any questions we had. Really loved our stay here and look forward to coming back again. .
