To the general manager I would like to express my deep gratitude to your staff. Here is my story. I left my mobile phone in the restroom, next to the sakura this afternoon. I realized my phone was gone hours later and came back to the hotel to find it. It was not there and i reported to the front desk. One receptionest helped me to find it but did not suceed it at that time. I came back home and my husband called my phone. This time one hotel staff answered it saying he kept it. My husband and myself went to the hotel and met the guy. He asked my identitfication and also asked for writing a letter regarding the details of loss before giving back my phone to me. His name is mr. Kundan singh, security man. We tried to show our small appreciation of tokens but he politetly declined it. I highly value his way of verification process and his sincerity. Mr. Singh must be the treasure of your hotel. I wish you a continous prosperity. Thank you. From. Hyunhee Kim

i would like to praise MR. ASHOK LAL ESPECIALLY FROM ZING FOR HIS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WHEN LOOKING AFTER OUR MEAL REQUIREMENTS . THE CHRISTMAS EVE BUFFET DINER WAS ALSO OUTSTANDING COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF FOR QUALITY AND PRESENTATION.
